幻梦开发团队（以下简称"本团队"）就 "今日老婆/随机图片/随机图" 等包含图片使用的交互功能（以下简称"本功能"）相关事宜制定本声明：

我们深知并高度重视每一位插画作者老师 （以下简称"老师"） 对其作品享有的合法权益。在收集和使用任何插画前，我们始终以尊重老师的版权声明为首要原则。若老师在账号简介等显著位置注明需获得授权，我们通常就会事先联系以取得授权，并严格遵循老师提出的其他要求（若有，例如标明其推特ID等）。
我们不会收集以下类型老师的图片：
- 在账号简介或其他显著位置明确声明禁止转载或使用其插画的；
- 在大量插画作品中的明显位置标注禁止转载或使用的。
在以下情形，我们通常会主动联系老师，来取得使用授权：
- 在账号简介或其他显著位置注明禁止未授权转载或使用插画的；
- 根据账号名，能够在 BiliBili 平台上搜索到相关老师信息的；
- 在账号简介或其他显著位置提供有效 BiliBili/米游社/QQ号/中国大陆邮箱 等能够快速联系到老师本人的信息的。
以上判断均以图片收集当时的信息为准。若老师后续更新了插画作品的使用条款（例如此前允许使用，但后面禁止了），由于我们难以持续追踪每一位老师对自己作品的最新声明，恕无法对更新前的使用行为承担责任，非常抱歉。但一旦我们获悉老师的最新要求，会立即依据其指示对已使用的图片进行相应处理（包括但不限于下架、补充标注等）。
我们郑重承诺，并非常欢迎老师及粉丝通过以下邮箱监督指正。若您发现我们使用的图片违反了您的声明，请及时与我们联系。
我们收集图片仅出于免费分享与供用户欣赏的目的。我们的机器人作品完全非盈利且不收费，所有用户均可无条件免费使用我们的功能。我们承诺不会将相关插画作品用于任何商业用途。
若老师认为我们所使用的图片侵犯了您的权益，可通过以下邮箱与我们联系（邮箱：xbudingqwq@gmail.com；建议附上相关图片附件以及ID以便快速定位）。我们将在收到邮件后第一时间无条件配合处理并予以删除。无意冒犯，恳请老师包涵。

We deeply acknowledge and highly value the legal rights that each illustrator (hereafter referred to as "the artist") holds over their work. Our primary principle is to always respect the artist's copyright statement before collecting and using any illustration. If an artist indicates in their profile bio or another prominent location that authorization is required, we will generally contact them beforehand to obtain permission. We will also strictly adhere to any other requests the artist may have (e.g., crediting their Twitter ID).
We will NOT collect images from the following types of artists:
- Those who have explicitly stated in their profile bio or another prominent location that reprinting or use of their images is prohibited.
- Those who have clearly marked on a significant number of their works that reprinting or use is prohibited.
In the following situations, we will generally take the initiative to contact artists for permission to use their work:
- Artists who have stated in their profile bio or another prominent location that unauthorized reprinting or use of their images is prohibited.
- Artists who provide a valid Bilibili, miHoYo BBS/HoYoLab, QQ, or mainland Chinese email address in their profile bio or another prominent location.
All the above judgments are based on the information available at the time the image was collected. If an artist subsequently updates the terms of use for their illustrations (e.g., previously permitted use but later prohibited it), we regret that we cannot be held responsible for usage prior to the update, as it is difficult for us to continuously track the latest statements from every artist. We sincerely apologize for this. However, once we become aware of an artist's new requirements, we will immediately take appropriate action regarding the used images in accordance with their instructions (including but not limited to removal, adding credit, etc.).
We solemnly promise and sincerely welcome artists and their fans to supervise and provide feedback via the following email address. If you find that our use of an image violates your statement, please contact us promptly.
Furthermore, we collect images solely for the purpose of free sharing and for users to enjoy. Our bot is entirely non-profit, free of charge, and all its functions are available to all users unconditionally. We pledge not to use any of the works for commercial purposes.
If you believe an image we are using infringes upon your rights, please contact us at the following email address (Email: xbudingqwq@gmail.com; we recommend attaching the relevant image to help us locate it quickly). Upon receiving your email, we will cooperate unconditionally and delete the image immediately. We mean no offense and sincerely ask for the artist's understanding.

以下のタイプの先生の画像は収集いたしません：
- アカウントのプロフィールまたは他の目立つ場所で、画像の転載や使用を明確に禁止している方。
- 多くの作品の目立つ位置に、転載や使用が禁止されている旨を記載している方。
以下の場合、私たちは通常、積極的に先生に連絡し、使用許諾を求めます：
- アカウントのプロフィールまたは他の目立つ場所で、無断での転載や使用が禁止されている旨を明記している作者様。

私たちは、先生ご本人およびファンの皆様から、以下のメールアドレスを通じてのご指摘やご監督を心より歓迎するということを、厳粛に約束いたします。もし私たちの使用している画像が先生の声明に違反していることにお気づきの場合は、速やかにご連絡ください。

第一条 知识产权声明
1.1 本功能展示的视觉内容均源自第三方网络资源，相关著作权、商标权等知识产权均归属原始权利人所有。
1.2 本团队已尽合理注意义务标注可溯源的创作者信息。权利人主张要求删除图片时，请通过上方前言注明的信息提交权属证明，本团队承诺在收到有效通知后尽快启动处理程序。
第二条 内容条款
2.1 角色背景资料基于公开数据抓取生成，其准确性、完整性不作担保，不能构成任何形式的背书或认可。
2.2 第三方链接跳转服务仅为技术便利提供。
2.3 算法推荐结果不反映本团队价值取向，用户应自行评估内容适宜性。
第三条 责任限制声明
3.1 用户知悉并接受网络服务存在的固有风险（包括但不限于数据误差、系统故障、内容争议），使用本功能视为自愿承担相关风险。
3.2 本团队提供的服务不构成《消费者权益保护法》规定的经营行为，不承担基于用户主观期待产生的任何间接损失。
3.3 用户违反《网络信息内容生态治理规定》使用本功能的，应独立承担全部法律责任。
第四条 协议变更机制
4.1 本声明修订版本将通过公告持续公示，重大条款变更设置30日过渡期。
4.2 用户继续使用服务视为接受修订后的条款，争议解决以最新生效版本为准。
